MIYO needs support. More specifically, review! With our new feedback tool “Trustpilot”, it is now possible to evaluate our company and customer service online.

MIYO, the fully automatic and demand-oriented irrigation system, is moving into the future with new momentum. This is particularly pleasing to our existing customers and MIYO fans, for whom we only want to continue to provide the best service. In order to be able to respond to individual wishes in the best possible way, your opinion is very important to us. But we don't just want to get a boost of motivation, we also want to know where there is potential for improvement.


Above all, with honest criticism we can further optimize our processes and make them as customer-friendly as possible. As a review platform, we chose Trustpilot, which is one of the largest of its kind with more than 750,000 reviews for online retailers and portals per month. To date, 26 million reviews have been submitted on Trustpilot for over 152,000 businesses around the world. The feedback from our customers is also particularly important in order to offer future MIYO customers the opportunity to obtain transparent information about MIYO products and services.


MIYO, the smart garden irrigation system, continues to advance pioneering technology. A customer who was enthusiastic about MIYO saw the potential in the company and bought the majority shares this summer. With combined know-how, full operations have resumed. Vor mehr als 3 Jahren bin ich mit MIYO gestartet. Es war kinderleicht zu installieren und hat einwandfrei funktiiniert.
Auch im 2. Jahr konnte ich das System recht easy wieder in Betrieb nehmen, leidergab es dann während meiner Ferien ein kleines Problem mit dem WLAN und es musste erneut in Betrieb genommen werden.
Im dritten Jahr war die Inbetriebnahme eine grössere Herausforderung, doch der Service war einfach grossartig. Vinzenz hat sich mehr als ins Zeug gelegt, damit ich rs vor meinen Ferien wieder installieren konnte. Kundenservice auf absolutem Topniveau, einfach nur wow.
Ich bin super happy und hoffe, dass es mir noch viele Jahre gute Dienste leistet und ich beruhigt in die Ferien fahren kann.
