Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities:

1 Right of withdrawal

1.1 You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods (in the case of partial deliveries, the last goods).

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by registered mail or email) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

1.3 To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

2 Consequences of withdrawal

2.1 If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notice of your withdrawal from this contract was received by us and we have received the goods back.

2.2 For this refund, we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

2.3 You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

2.4 You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.

3 Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, do not belong to a member state of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of concluding the contract are outside the European Union, unless the law of the state in which the consumer has his habitual residence provides for a right of withdrawal.
