1 Shipping information

By default, we ship only to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping is done by UPS, DHL or a similar logistics company. The respective shipping costs can be found in the table below.
If you wish shipping to another country, please write us an email to sales@miyo.garden and tell us the article with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and, if necessary, inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance for the shipping option and the costs.

1.1 Shipping costs

From a gross goods value of 100,- € we deliver free of charge within Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary. Otherwise the shipping costs to Austria, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary are 6,00 €.
Within the rest of the EU the shipping costs are 12,00 €.
For Liechtenstein, Malta, Norway, Switzerland and Cyprus the shipping costs are 15,00 €.
For Iceland the shipping costs are 30,00 €.

1.2 Shipment of bulky goods

For items that exceed a weight of 5 kg or require a pallet shipment, we can either choose another (more suitable) logistics partner, or we charge a surcharge in addition to the stated shipping costs per delivery address. We point this out in the context of the shipping process by email.

1.3 Shipping abroad

We deliver to all member states of the European Union, as well as to Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland (EFTA states). For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).

2 Payment information

We offer you various payment options. You can select the various payment functions in the course of the ordering process. If technically offered by the contractual partner, payment by credit card is made by SSL transmission (Secure Socket Layer). In doing so, the data entered is immediately encrypted.

2.1 National shipments

For deliveries within Austria we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

For deliveries abroad we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

2.3 Detailed information on the individual payment options

Bank transfer

Transfer the invoice amount conveniently to our bank account, stating the purpose of payment. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail as part of the order processing.

Credit card

Pay conveniently by credit card. Which cards are accepted is the responsibility of our payment partner.

delivery on account

After receipt of the invoice, you transfer the amount payable by you to our bank account within the payment period stated in the invoice.
